Chef Joe L. Rickerson has been a chef and manager for countless five-star restaurants for the past 20 years . Justins, Shark Bar, Clarence Fosters, The Abby, The Mansion, Atlanta Hilton (Downtown), The Midnight Sun, and LaTour Restaurant have all had the honor of experiencing Chef Joe's expertise. Chef Joe has also served as guest to several other Five Star restaurants, in addition to having owned and operated his own restaurant.
